About
Mary Woolf is a photographic artist, currently living and working in the Yorkshire Dales. Her work explores ideas surrounding perception and experience, in addition to the ontology of photography itself. Her aim is to inspire people to look a little bit closer at their surroundings and to take a little bit more notice of their experience of being in a place.
With her ongoing project Incidental Moments and Everyday Still Lifes, she photographs, with whatever device is to hand, the things that capture her attention in everyday life.
She graduated in 2016 from the University of Westminster with a First Class Honours in BA Photographic Arts.
Mary also does design work. Her clients include local charities and businesses, with briefs such as posters and fliers, and logo design and website design.
